Rodeo of the Decade

Los Tigres del Norte

Already boasting an unparalleled career resume as “the most influential regional Mexican group” (Billboard) and “the genre’s greatest statesmen” (New York Times), the legendary Los Tigres Del Norte remain one of Latin Music’s leading creative and socially outspoken voices, as they continue to sell millions of albums, regularly top sales and airplay charts, and win the recognition of their peers with multiple GRAMMY & LATIN GRAMMY Awards. Now, ‘Los Jefes de Jefes’ turn their eye to the future with the forthcoming release of their new album Detalles y Emociones (Details & Emotions). The album continues Los Tigres’ heralded role as “the leading voice of the immigrant community” with 15 new songs that give life to the emotions of the ‘pueblo in the form of corridos, ballads, cumbias and rancheras. This album features prominent composers of the genre such as: Paulino Vargas Jr., Manuel Eduardo Toscano, Francisco Quintero and Pablo Castro among others, in this form Los Tigres del Norte narrate us the songs that give life to the emotions of the ‘pueblo.’ The album’s first single “Detalles” (which is already racing up the Latin music charts), is a heartfelt corrido that is a reminder to the band’s fans that while many are pursuing dreams of material wealth, that genuine demonstrations of affection and care for our loved ones are still a man’s greatest riches.

Pepe Aguilar

Born in the U.S. but raised in Zacatecas, Mexico, son of recording legends Antonio Aguilar and Flor Silvestre, Pepe Aguilar was influenced and supported by his parents to start singing. He reached the stage for the first time at the age of three, performing at New York's Madison Square Garden two years later. After saving money, Aguilar decided to buy a drum set to get involved in rock music, inspired by progressive groups such as Pink Floyd and Jethro Tull. Nevertheless, while leaving his teenage years behind, he turned to tejano once again, mixing the traditional style with his modern pop influences and becoming a strong identity in the Latin scene, in addition to developing a successful acting career. Among his biggest albums are 1998's Por Mujeres Como Tu, which spent nearly a year on the Latin and Mexican charts, 1999's Por una Mujer Bonita, which won him a Grammy for Best Mexican-American/Tejano Music Performance, 2003's Y Tenerte Olta Vez, 2004's No Soy de Nadie, and 2005's Historias de Mi Tierra. ~ Drago Bonacich, All Music Guide Pepe Aguilar, is now promoting his new album titled "100% Mexicano."

El Chapo de Sinaloa

Ernesto Pérez, better known in the music industry as “EL CHAPO” was born in Badiraguato, Sinaloa (Mexico). In just 15 years "El Chapo" has recorded over 20 albums with which he has won the admiration of his adoring fans, which he categorizes as the greatest compensation for all his hard work. Today, El Chapo presents his new album titled "TE VA A GUSTAR", which depicts the characteristic style and crafty, coquettish and suggestive touch to banda music; undoubtedly, a Sinaloense that has captured the attention of the public with songs that include warm and insinuating phrases, without losing the romantic touch.
